How to use

1. 1. Enter patient data

   On the Assess tab, fill the Patient ID, age, gender, employment, pregnancy status, HbA1c, and tick any relevant comorbidities and complications.

2. 2. Get recommendations

   Press 'Get Recommendations'. The engine evaluates ADA 2026 first-line therapy plus cardio-renal, pregnancy, and cost-related modifiers.

3. 3. Save the assessment

   Press 'Save' to persist the result on this device. Saved records show up under the History tab.

4. 4. Search & review

   Use the History tab's search box to filter by Patient ID, age, HbA1c, or gender. Click 'View' to see the full drug card list.

5. 5. Compare patients

   On the Compare tab, tick any two or more saved assessments to see them side by side.

6. 6. Export

   Each tab offers CSV export. The History and Compare tabs also generate a printable HTML batch report you can save as PDF using your browser.
