Diabetes Med Guide is a clinical decision-support tool that suggests cost-aware Type 2 Diabetes medication regimens based on patient demographics, comorbidities, complications, and glycaemic control.
Recommendation logic
The rule engine follows the ADA 2026 Standards of Care, with priority given to cardio-renal protection (SGLT2 inhibitors, GLP-1 receptor agonists), pregnancy-safe options (insulin), and cost-conscious alternatives for patients without insurance.

Cost ranges are illustrative AWP and NADAC values from publicly available US pricing data and are intended as a relative cost guide, not a quote.
